Dispelling our 5 favorite CRM myths:

This section provides some insight into the way our team thinks and our approach to success.

The
first
myth

Failure Rates

CRM has high failure rates

CRM Implementation's failure rates are dramatically improved...

Industry pundits have been saying for well over a decade that CRM failure rates are in the 70%-80% range. Recent stats say this number has been reduced to 20%-30%.

We know the success rates have improved based upon better product being developed and more experience. We also know the metrics for success have been “watered down.” A recent survey had “reasonably meeting expectations” as a key metric… At C4CRM we hold ourselves to a much higher standard than reasonably meeting a goal, and consider such a metric subpar.

How
We Think

The first step in achieving CRM success is to clearly articulate the key project requirements and set definable metrics for success which can be attained incrementally, always making progress towards achievement, and putting your stake in the ground when goals are met. Our "Phased Approach" to implementation delivers these results!
